Summary/Review:

Ah! What a timing it is for this review. We have finally had our first community iftar at the masjid and this book capture Ramadan vibes so perfectly! It is not preaching Ramadan rules or first fasts, it is all about Ramadan vibes, which is what sets this book apart from other Ramadan books. It is written in adorable rhyme which works so beautifully and reads easily with consistent flow. Honestly, the joy of Ramadan nights is displayed so well through the text and illustrations compliment it so wonderfully. It really captures so many warm aspects of Ramadan nights; breaking fast with family, taraweeh prayers at the masjid, reading Qur'an with grandmother, mama staying late to prepare suhoor and more.

I think, young and old will relate to this wonderful read. This would be an amazing Ramadan read-aloud for classrooms and masjid settings paired with a book that explains what Ramadan is would bring the perfect informative/joyful balance. It really is a delight to read.
