Review:
This book is a much-needed reference guide for our kids. Using Islamic concepts as a spiritual means to better understand and guide these very natural emotions and motivational tips on how to overcome such struggles. The concepts are explained in such a kid-friendly language with examples that their little brains can understand; this is Zanib Mian's strength in all her children's books, mashaAllah. A lot of powerful and important ideas are shown throughout the book. Each and every concept speaks about the impact it can have on ourselves as well as those around us which highlight the importance of our wellbeing. Throughout, it promotes ways that we can connect to Allah (swt) in order to find happiness, positivity, gratitude, confidence and most importantly, spiritual growth. This book full of gems and is a definite must have. The younger kids will need to have this read to them in parts, it's too long to read in one sitting. ๐ธ
